Bareskrim Polri did not confiscate singer Rossa’s salary from DNA Probut confiscated money from DNA Pro which flows from Rizky Billar to Ivan Gunawan. What is the reason?
“We held a case first, it turns out that in our case there was no malicious intent from Rossa. It means that she carried out activities according to professionalism,” said Director of the Criminal Investigation Department Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan when asked for confirmation, Tuesday (26/4/2022).
“Unless it’s different with Leslar (Lesti and Billar) he is content, he knows it’s for content, knows it’s wrong. So it must be returned,” he added.
In addition, Whisnu said Ivan Gunawan became brand ambassador (BA) DNA Pro. He also talked about DJ Una in the vortex of the DNA Pro case.
“Ivan is also a BA, he knows. It’s different with him (Rossa) singing or MC, different MC. DJ Una is different,” he said.
Furthermore, Whisnu explained that his party often conducts internal cases to determine whether there is a criminal element related to the flow of funds from DNA Pro to a number of parties.
“Yes, we have a discussion, holding a case internally, this discussion is the result of an examination like this, it continues after the afternoon, after examining we will hold a small case between the investigator and his chief, what are the steps. Oh, apparently nothing mens reaher,” he said.
“So we do it every day after the investigation, there must be a small case title,” he added.
Seize Money from DNA Pro for Rizky Billar
Rizky Billar and Lesti Kejora have been questioned by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police as witnesses in the robot case trading DNA Pro. Both of them received Rp 1 billion from one of the suspects in this case and have handed it over to the police for further confiscation.
“It’s true, Rp. 1 billion, we will return it, no less,” said Rizky at the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit, South Jakarta, Wednesday (20/4/2022).
Rizky received the money from the suspect in the DNA case Pro Stefanus Richard (SR). He said that his introduction to Stefanus began with the intention of collaboration in content on social media.
