It is unclear what exactly happened between Karin and Hans, but the two already live separately from each other. Karin is no longer on Bonaire, where she participates in I leave opened a miniature golf course. “According to Hans it’s not right, but I think it is. I’ve already made my choice. Too much has happened, so to speak. It’s actually gotten to the point where it just won’t get any better.”
Karin says she has an appointment with a lawyer on Tuesday. “We are going to accelerate. He says: ‘just take care of it’. Well, then I do too. The Farts are no more.”
The Scheetjes owe their fame to a participation in I leave. The couple constantly called each other ‘fart’ and that’s how they got their nickname. In 2020, following the Meilandjes, they also received a reality series on SBS 6. However, the series achieved disappointing viewing figures and was discontinued after one season.
