This may be surprising given the popularity of this feature on different messaging services, but WhatsApp has so far not offered to react to the responses of your interlocutors. According to the WABetaInfo blog, which tracks the slightest changes in the application, this possibility is in the cards.
The skin would be quite classic and it should be possible, as is the case on Messenger, to add your own favorite emojis – both services are owned by Facebook. On the other hand, it is difficult to know if it will be possible to react with several emojis at once, as on Discord. The feature is under development and should be rolled out in a future update, both on Android and iOS.
