As the rain cloud bands shifted little by little, areas with heavy rains in the metropolitan area again increased.
As I explained earlier, the dark red clouds are in areas that are falling more than 30mm per hour.
Seoul is also included.
Yongsan-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, and Jungnang-gu are painted red.
It is also raining heavily in Ansan and Hanam areas in Gyeonggi-do.
There is a part painted in purple, but this is a section with torrential downpours of more than 50 millimeters per hour.
Mapo-gu, Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and Namyangju, Gyeonggi-do are also included.
So let’s take a look at the road conditions in downtown Seoul, where the rain was the worst last night.
Riverside North Road is under full control for now.
Currently, the road from the northern end of the Dongho Bridge to the junction of the Gangbyeonbuk-ro of the Dongbu Arterial Road is completely controlled.

The same goes for the southern end of Gayang Bridge.

Gangwon-do Pyeongchang Bridge, the river is full of water just below the road, and it is a dangerous situation.
The water level is now hovering around 2.5 meters, the level of concern for flooding.
Let’s see Wonju Munmakgyo Bridge.
At a glance, it looks like the water has risen a lot here, and I thought the water level would be lower, but there is no big change in the vicinity of 4 meters.
It is not much different from the flood advisory standard of 4.5 meters.
The Korea Meteorological Administration recommends that residents in hazardous areas evacuate in advance in case of emergency.
