The construction works of “Rail Baltica” continue in the center of Riga – many processes are taking place in parallel, and the works are moving more and more actively to the surface, say the project implementers.
A multimodal transport hub is also planned in the station complex. This means that Elizabetes Street will be connected to Timoteja Street, under the excavated embankment, city and public transport planners have planned a special transport hub for inter-city and city transport.
“Delfi Bizness” offers a peek into the current construction process, as well as offers visualizations of how the station’s surroundings will look after all the work is completed.
