Mohali: Good score for India in the first T20 against Australia. After losing the draw to Mohali, India went to bat and scored 208 points for losing the award. KL Rahul (55), Hardik Pandya (71 not eliminated in 30 balls) and Suryakumar Yadav (46) brought India to a good score. Nathan Ellis took three wickets for the Australians.
It was a bad start for India. With only 35 points on the scoreboard, India lost the wickets of Virat Kohli (2) and Rohit Sharma (11). Rohit was brought into the hands of Josh Hazelwood Ellis. Koliawatte is back with a hold on Cameron Green off Ellis. It was the Rahul-Surya alliance that later joined the fold that saved India from collapse.

Meanwhile, Hardik has completed his half-century. Hardik’s innings included five sixes and seven fours in 30 balls.

Rishabh Pant has been barred from India’s eleventh game as Tim David will make his debut today for Australia. Jasprit Bumrah will not play today’s game after recovering from his injury. Yuzvendra Chahal and Axar Patel are the Indian spinners. While Harshal Patel is back on the pace line, Umesh Yadav also made it to the final eleven as the third pacer. Deepak Hooda and Rishabh Pant were eliminated when Dinesh Karthik entered the eleven game as wicket keeper.
Previously, when India and Australians met in a T20 at Mohali’s IS Bindra Stadium, the Blue Army won. To date, India and Australia have faced each other in 23 T20Is. India has won 13 of these T20s. Aussie’s victory was limited to 9 while 1 match was in vain.
