An actor from Radio Rochela, identified as Roberto Hernández, is detained for the crime of animal abuse against dogs.
Neighbors of Hernández denounced that the man kept several dogs locked up and that they were in a state of malnutrition for which they notified the authorities.
The animals were on the roof of the house of the interpreter of “El Coconazo” from the aforementioned television program. They were without food, without water and with many ticks.
Protectionist groups appeared at the site and repudiated the event.
