Before the second day of testing began, the weather forecast said that conditions in Mandalika were cloudy since the morning.
Because of that, the racers started to overheat during the second day of the Mandalika MotoGP test. Defending champion Fabio Quartararo posted a photo of unzipping his racing suit.
“Feels like 200 degrees,” wrote Quartararo estimating the heat at the Mandalika Circuit.

Pramac racer Jorge Martin acted in a similar condition. The Spaniard did something a little more ridiculous than Quartararo by opening half his shirt in front of the fan.
“Today’s mood [panas],” said Martin.

Aleix Espargaro from Aprilia also suffered the same fate. Pol Espargaro’s brother was soaking in a small tub to maintain body temperature from the hot weather in Mandalika.
Outside of the racers starting to overheat, Repsol Honda uploaded the cloudy condition of Mandalika at 11.41 WIB.
