R + V Versicherung has approx. Acquired 30,000 m² “Ernst Reuter House” in Berlin. The seller is a joint venture between the Rockpoint Group (90%) and Cenda (10%). The joint venture acquired the property at Straße des 17. Juni 110-114 in mid-2008 and then bought it for approx. 10 million euros refurbished. The sole tenant is the Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning (BBR), which signed a 16-year lease at the end of 2010. Jones Lang LaSalle advised the seller.
