The state government, through the Secretariat for Sustainable Development (SEDESU), participated in the Aerospace & Defense Supplier Summit, one of the most important fairs in the aerospace sector in the United States; event that takes place in the city of Seattle.
The delegation from Querétaro was headed by the directors of Industrial Development, Alejandro Sterling Sánchez, and of Business Development, Mauricio Cárdenas Palacios; who met with the Boeing and Embraer companies, which expressed interest in knowing the supply channels that the state has.
Likewise, they held meetings with different aerospace clusters around the world, with the intention of carrying out an exchange of good practices that could be standardized for the benefit of the Queretaro industry.
The tour aims to promote Querétaro economically, seek possible investment projects in the aerospace sector, as well as strengthen the local supply chain through approaches that trigger alliances with companies and institutions.
