Run 66 kilometers

Pan Shancu lives in Hangzhou near Shanghai and is a passionate marathon runner. He didn’t want to give up his training and so he just ran in his little apartment. Round after round in his little living room. According to his own statements, he ran 66 kilometers.
A video of it is currently circulating on social networks. It is said to have been over 6,000 laps. It would have taken him six hours and 41 minutes, as he told the AFP news agency on the phone. At the beginning he felt a little dizzy.
The death toll is increasing
“I haven’t been outside for many days, I can’t stand sitting around anymore. Running is like an addiction. If you don’t walk for a long time, you get itchy feet,” said the sports enthusiast.
Around 1.4 billion Chinese are currently mainly in closed buildings. In the particularly affected Hubei province, a further 139 people died as a result of the disease, as the local health authorities said on Sunday. This has brought the death toll in China to at least 1,662 since the virus appeared in December.
