PXL students from the Nursing and Occupational Therapy programs receive the flu vaccine at school free of charge. The question came from the professional field to have the students vaccinated. Its main purpose is to protect patients who they care for during their internships. Especially now in combination with the corona virus. Barely 20 percent of the students responded to the call to get vaccinated for the flu.
