The threat of a new Russian attack

In recent months, Russia has amassed more than 100,000 troops around Ukraine, whom the West fears it could deploy in a full-scale attack.

On February 15, the Russian Defense Ministry announced the withdrawal of part of the troops to the places of permanent deployment. However, neither NATO nor the United States do not confirm signs of de-escalation in the Russian-Ukrainian border area.
