Enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex will be provided with orders for years to come, and at the moment the state defense order is being fulfilled almost 100%. This statement was made by Vladimir Putin at the “Everything for Victory!” forum. in Tula.

The Russian President also stated that the country has created more than half a million new jobs in the defense sector to meet the needs of the so-called “special military operation” in Ukraine.

Russian forces recently announced advances in the areas of Kupyansk, Avdeevka and Donetsk, and the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported successes on the border of Donetsk and Zaporozhye regions amid ongoing fighting along the entire line of contact.

In turn, the International Court of Justice in The Hague ruled that Ukraine’s genocide claim against Russia in 2022 will be considered on its merits, albeit with fewer charges. It is indicated that the court took into account a number of Russia’s objections to Ukraine’s statement about Moscow’s violation of the Genocide Convention.

The judges also rejected objections from Russia, which insisted that Ukraine’s claim did not fall within the jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice.

Ukraine filed the lawsuit in February 2022, saying that Russia falsely accused Kyiv of genocide of the Russian-speaking population in the Donbass and began military operations on this basis.
