The Cologne team of the law firm Pusch Wahlig Workplace Law will be strengthened with Kristina Schilder. The lawyer comes from Kölnmetall and will join as Counsel on April 1st.

Pusch Wahlig Workplace Law (PWWL) complements the team at the Cologne office with Kristina Schilder. The specialist lawyer for employment law is currently still working for the Employers’ Association of the Metal and Electrical Industry Cologne / Kölnmetall and will be advising PWWL as Counsel from April 1st.
Before joining Kölnmetall, Schilder worked for Avocado Rechtsanwälte. There she was most recently a salary partner. Schilder advises national and international companies on all questions of individual and collective labor law.
A particular focus of her work is in the area of corporate co-determination as well as preventive and compliance advice at the interface between labor law and commercial criminal and administrative offense law.
With the addition of Kristina Schilder, the PWWL team in Cologne now has four professionals. In addition to the new counsel, there will be a partner and two associates in the future.
