PSV and «Liverpool» agreed on the transfer of the full-back Hakpo codes.
The Eindhoven club has announced that the parties have reached an agreement.
“The 23-year-old forward will travel to England soon, where he will complete the necessary formalities before the transfer is completed,” the statement read.
Little information Athletic will cost Liverpool around £37m before bonuses.
