PSG registers first victory at the last minute and hears suspensions for brawl | NOW

Paris Saint-Germain has in extremis booked the first league victory of the season on Wednesday evening. The losing Champions League finalist defeated FC Metz 1-0 thanks to a goal in injury time and also heard the suspensions for the massive brawl in the duel against Olympique Marseille.

For a long time PSG also seemed to lose points in its third league game of this season. In addition, the home team was halfway through the second half with ten men due to a second yellow card for Abdou Diallo.

In the final phase, the Parisians even had to continue with nine men due to an injury from Juan Bernat. Coach Thomas Tuchel had already used three substitution moments at that time. Nevertheless, Julian Draxler headed his team to the win in the 93rd minute.

Kurzawa suspended six games

During the match against Metz, PSG was also told the suspensions for the brawl against Marseille. Neymar and Paredes both have to watch two duels, while Kurzawa was suspended for no less than six games by the disciplinary committee of the French league organization.

In the final phase of PSG-Marseille, no fewer than five red cards were handed out after a brawl last Sunday. In addition to Neymar, Paredes and Kurzawa, Marseille players Jordan Amavi and Darío Benedetto were also sent off. Amavi was suspended for three games and Benedetto is not allowed to play one game.
