This Friday, the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP) publishes the call for aid to defray mortgage expenses and, where appropriate, rent for individuals in Soria towns with less than 20,000 inhabitants.
To this end, the Provincial Council has enabled an item of 197,835 euros, also being that the amount per application may reach up to 100% of the monthly rent or mortgage with the maximum limit of 150 euros per month. Monthly payments between January 1 and May 31, 2021 will be financed. Applications that present justifications of less than three monthly payments will not be financed.
The deadline for submitting the application will be one month from the publication of this call in the BOP, which can be downloaded in this link.
