Sakti said that the mosque will be built on a social facility area of ​​1,078 m2 belonging to the DKI Provincial Government. The concept of the building is in the middle of a green park, with a building footprint of about 400 m2 or 40 percent of the area.

The building area will be 750 m2 consisting of two floors. Sakti said that the Muslim community at TVM had been expecting the construction of a place of worship for more than 30 years. However, Sakti said that so far it has been constrained by developers.
