Project Warlock: Retro FPS will arrive next month on consoles – News

Many are nostalgic to appreciate the style so particular of the first FPS, those who exploited the famous technique of raycasting. More and more developers are trying their hand at this exercise, like 3D Realms with its recent Ion Fury.

In a slightly more cartoony style, but still “inspired by the classics“, the Buckshot Software studio offers us Project Warlock. We embody a warlock who will simply rid the world of the demonic forces that invade it. On the program, 60 levels distributed in five different regions, 38 weapons and 8 spells to cast. If you are looking for an app to let off some steam, know that it will be available on PlayStation 4 June 9, on Nintendo Switch June 11 and on Xbox One June 12. Everything will be offered at a price of 14.99 €, four euros more than on Steam.
