A 25-year-old man was discovered dead Monday morning in the lobby of a building in downtown Rouen. This death would probably have a “criminal character” according to a police source.
Discovered by an inhabitant of the building, the deceased man presented traces of lacerations on the level of the neck and a significant wound, according to the same police source.
The judicial police were seized of the investigation.
