There is likely to be another Consultation Committee next week, with a view to the reopening of the schools on April 19. Various government sources confirm this.

The meeting between the federal government and the states should evaluate the corona situation and take stock after the previous Consultation Committee on March 24. There it was then decided to insert an “Easter break”. The Easter holidays were extended by a week, non-medical contact professions closed again and personal contacts outside had to be limited again to four people.

The date of the Consultation Committee has not yet been set. It will be a matter of striking a balance between a good view of the corona figures on the one hand and offering sufficient early perspective so that everyone can organize themselves on the other.
