Counselor Mohamed Al-Homsani, the official spokesman for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, indicated that the meeting followed the performance indicators of the Egyptian economy in all economic sectors during the last period, as the Prime Minister stressed the importance of making various efforts in order to achieve the state’s goals in various fields, and continuing the economic reform process.
The official spokesman explained that the most prominent economic activities that achieved positive growth rates during the first quarter of the current fiscal year are: tourism (restaurants and hotels), the Suez Canal, communications and information technology, social services (which include health and education), and agriculture.
