Prices of 5.5 Kg and 12 Kg LPG Rise Starting Today, Check Out the Details

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PT Pertamina (Persero) through PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sub Holding Commercial & Trading PT Pertamina (Persero) raised prices gas Non-subsidized LPG starts today, Sunday (27/2/2022).

Acting PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Corporate Secretary, SH C&T PT Pertamina (Persero) Irto Ginting explained, this adjustment was made following the latest developments in the oil and gas industry.

“It was recorded that the price of Aramco’s Contract Price (CPA) reached 775 US dollars/metric ton, an increase of about 21 percent from the average CPA price throughout 2021,” Irto explained in an official statement, Sunday (27/2/2022).

The price increase varies in several places for 5.5 . LPG gas kilogram as well as 12 kilograms. With the adjustment, the current non-subsidized LPG price is around Rp 15,500 per kilogram.

So, how much is each increase at the agent level?

Referring to the official Pertamina.com website, the price of non-subsidized LPG for households in DKI Jakarta reaches Rp tube Bright Gas 5.5 kilograms and Rp 187,000 for Bright Gas 12 kilograms / 12 kg LPG cylinders.

Similar prices also apply in Banten, West Java and Central Java, covering Bandung, Bekasi, Bogor, Depok, Cianjur, Garut, Indramayu, Karawang, Sukabumi, Tasikmalaya, Boyolali, Cilacap, Demak, Kudus, Pemalang, Semarang, Solo and Tegal.

Then, it also applies to the Bantul and Sleman areas of Yogyakarta. Likewise in East Java and West Nusa Tenggara including Banyuwangi, Gresik, Kediri, Malang, Ngawi, Pamekasan, Pasuruan, Sidoarjo, Surabaya, Tulungagung, and Lombok.

Meanwhile in Bangka Belitung, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, Gorontalo, North Sulawesi and Central Sulawesi, the price of non-subsidized LPG reached Rp. 94,000 for 5.5 kilograms of Bright Gas cylinders and Rp. 197,000 for 12 kilograms of Bright Gas cylinders. In Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, Jambi, South Sumatra, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, South Sulawesi, and Central Sulawesi, the price reaches Rp. 91,000 for the 5.5 kilogram Bright Gas cylinder and Rp. 189,000 for the Bright Gas cylinder. Gas 12 kilograms / LPG 12 kg.

In North Kalimantan, the price of 5.5 kilograms of Bright Gas is IDR 104,000 and the price of 12 kilograms of Bright Gas / 12 kg LPG is IDR 223,000. Finally, in Maluku, the price reached Rp 114,000 for a 5.5 kilogram Bright Gas cylinder and Rp 243,000 for a 12 kilogram Bright Gas cylinder/12 kg LPG cylinder.
