SOLO, KOMPAS.com– Presidential candidate (Capres) number 3, Ganjar Pranowo, will stay at the house of a resident of Krajan, Kadipiro Village, Solo City, Central Java (Central Java), on Tuesday (23/12/2025), evening.
Ganjar, who will be accompanied by his wife Siti Atiqoh Supriyanti, is staying at the residence of Bagus Prasetyo, an alumni of Central Java State Vocational School. Both are scheduled to arrive at 21.45 WIB.
Bagus Prasetyo’s parent, Susilo, said that he first received the news directly from his son who worked as an employee at a mining company in Kalimantan.
“Suddenly, we were helped by volunteer friends. Thank God we were able to realize and accept Mr. Ganjar’s chaos at our house,” said Susilo, while waiting for Ganjar Pranowo to arrive.
Before staying overnight, Ganjar is also scheduled to chat with residents and neighbors of Susilo.
During this stay, Ganjar and Atikoh will sleep in the room that is used every day by the Susilo family. There were no special requests made by Ganjar Pranowo.
“The only needs are those at home, which are used every day, using a normal mattress. Mr. Ganjar brought his own toiletries,” he said.
“The other thing is just what is here, not added or subtracted. So it is as it is, no additions or additions. Just cleaned,” he continued.
Previously, the house he left behind was about to collapse. However, because their children can get decent workers after graduating from the Central Java State Vocational School, they can help their parents’ economy and build a semi-permanent house.
“Thank God, he is a permanent employee and every month from the beginning until now, God willing, until then he always gives part of his salary to support me and his mother also supports his wife,” he said.
The choice of his house as the location for his stay was because Bagus Prasetyo studied at the Central Java State Vocational School in 2014. After graduating in 2017, Bagus went straight to work.
“Apply, register, then take a test and pass and be accepted as an educator for three years. Thank God, during those three years we were not charged a penny. And my son, Bagus Prasetyo, was accepted as a coal mine worker as a heavy equipment mechanic,” he explained.
