Durango, Durango.- President Andrés Manuel López Obrador affirmed that there is nothing to fear because the future of the transformation is assured.
When supervising the progress of the Welfare programs and being an honorary witness at the signing of an agreement between Conagua and the government of Durango for the construction of a water purification plant, the Chief Executive heard from his supporters who harangued him:
“Re-election! Re-election! Re-election! Re-election!”.

President López Obrador interrupted the shouting and reminded them that he is a supporter of the apostle of democracy Francisco I Madero and his motto “effective suffrage, no reelection.”
“In addition, I tell you, I am happy, I tell you from my heart, sincerely, because the future of the transformation is assured. I’m going to retire. I’m leaving, but whoever is going to stay is equal and possibly better than the one who is speaking to you. That’s why there is nothing to fear. The transformation is moving forward.”
At the Sports Center of this city, accompanied by Governor Esteban Villegas (PRI), the President highlighted that the people of Mexico have said enough to the corruption, classism, racism and oligarchy that prevailed in past governments.

He highlighted that there were many years of struggle and electoral fraud, but his adversaries, the conservatives, went to hell.
“Our adversaries thought that we were not going to perform, of fraud and another fraud and another fraud. They say now, now, now. We are going to take away even the right to hope from these people. They went to hell.”
