Linda Hakeboom (34) has been diagnosed with breast cancer, the presenter and documentary maker reports on Friday Instagram. In the coming period it will be investigated which treatments she should undergo.
“Unfortunately I have received bad news. The lump I discovered turns out to be malicious,” writes the presenter. “I have breast cancer. That’s a very strange message to get and the dust still has to settle a bit here, I notice.” Hakeboom says that many studies will be done in the near future “to see what needs to be done”.
