During a press conference, Reyes reported that, so far this year, there have been about 50 events of demonstrations and blockades in El Estor. The minister pointed out that in the demonstrations there was violence and the use of firearms against police personnel.

In compliance with Decree 9-2021, more than 1,100 personnel from the portfolios of Government and National Defense (MDN), as well as the Public Ministry (MP) They have been running, since last Sunday, proceedings in that town to restore order.
