Presidential candidate number 2, Prabowo Subianto campaign in SidoarjoEast Java today, Friday (9/2).
Monitoring CNNIndonesia.com, Prabowo was present at the Gelora Delta Sidoarjo Stadium at around 15.50 WIB. He wore a light blue shirt.
Appearing to accompany the elite of the supporting party such as the General Chair of the Democratic Party, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY).
Also present were BUMN Minister Erick Thohir, Investment Minister/Head of BKPM Bahlil Lahadalia, former East Java Governor Soekarwo, Gus Miftah and Ulama Agoes Ali Masyhuri
At the location, thousands of people had filled the stadium. They carried flags and posters of support.
Thousands of people survived in the pouring rain. Prabowo immediately greeted supporters upon arrival at the location.
Prabowo is one of the contestants in the 2024 presidential election. He is paired with Gibran Rakabuming Raka who is the Mayor of Solo and the eldest son of President Jokowi.
They are supported by the Advanced Indonesia Coalition which consists of the Gerindra, Golkar, Democrat, PAN, PBB, PSI, Prima, Gelora and Garuda parties.
Apart from Prabowo-Gibran, the 2024 presidential election will also be participated by Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar and Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD.
Now the stage has entered the general meeting or grand campaign period which will take place from January 21 to February 10 2024 and there are only 4 days left until voting day on February 14 2024.
