Minister of Defense (Menhan) Prabowo Subianto attend open house President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) at the State Palace. Prabowo was accompanied by his son, Didit Hediprasetyo.
Prabowo’s arrival at the Palace was not monitored by the media guarding the doors of the State Palace. However, Prabowo’s presence was revealed by the Minister of Communication and Information, Budi Arie Setiadi.
Budi Arie also shared the moment he took a photo with Prabowo. In the photo, Prabowo is seen wearing a white koko shirt and black trousers complete with a black cap.
Same with Didit. However, Didit doesn’t wear a peci. Prabowo was seen taking a photo with Budi Arie’s family.
Budi Arie didn’t know what time Prabowo arrived. He met inside during a friendly meeting with other ministers after shaking hands with Jokowi.
“Maybe from the start, right? After Id prayers, I didn’t have time to ask anything (to Prabowo),” said Budi Arie to journalists at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Wednesday (10/4/2024).
Ketum Projo admitted that he did not discuss political matters with Prabowo. He said it was just a light conversation.
“Nothing. Basically everything is peaceful, Indonesia is united and peaceful,” he said.
Budi Arie said Prabowo would also hold it open house later in Kertanegara. Open house held on a limited basis.
“Pak Prabowo, yes later, but it’s limited. In Q4,” he said.
