JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Association Young man College student Minang (PPMM) reported the Chairman of the PDI-P DPP Mrs. Maharani to the Bareskrim Police Headquarters. The report is related to Puan’s statement that she hopes West Sumatra will become a province that supports Pancasila.
The statement was deemed by PPM to insult and hurt the people of West Sumatra.
“We are an Association Young man and Students Minang on this day will report Mrs. Maharani which as the Speaker of the House of Representatives in the past, has insulted the people of West Sumatra, “said the Chairman PPMM David at Bareskrim Police Headquarters, Friday (4/9/2020), quoted from Tribunnews.
Regarding the assumption of humiliation, PPMM included evidence that showed Puan said the sentence hopes that West Sumatra would become a province that supports Pancasila.
Some of the evidence is in the form of, flash Puan Maharani’s voice recording of her statement on Youtube, and screen shoot in online media.
The PPMM also includes articles that can be imposed on Puan Maharani in its report. “Namely Article 310 of the Criminal Code, Article 311 of the Criminal Code, Article 27 paragraph 3 of the ITE Law and Articles 14 and 15 of Law Number 1 of 1946,” he said.
