In 2021, the power fee for households will be from PLN 1.87 to PLN 10.46 per month. Other electricity consumers will pay PLN 0.0762 per kWh of electricity consumed between 7.00 and 22.00 on working days. The capacity fee rates were announced by the President of ERO.
In terms of the amount of the power fee the act differentiates households into four groups. In 2021, farms using less than 0.5 MWh per year will pay PLN 1.87 per month, those with consumption from 0.5 to 1.2 MWh per year will pay PLN 4.48, with consumption of 1.2-2.8 MWh per year, the fee will be PLN 7.47, and for farms with consumption over 2.8 MWh per year – 10 PLN 46 per month.

On the other hand, recipients other than households will pay PLN 0.0762 for each kWh collected between 7 am and 10 pm on working days.
