Complicit Awards Carnival!
Mr. Rafael López Aliaga had not even been in office for 10 days, and in January he already announced an award called the “Medalla de Lima” to the National Prosecutor, Patricia Benavides.

The Peruvian toy democracy has its showy faces. It is as if to say that something is being done and being undertaken.
