This time, the Taycan was tested in a straight quarter mile race with one of the best sports cars in the world, the McLaren P1.
The top-end version of the Taycan Turbo S was used for the race, two electric motors of which provide 761 hp. from. and in ideal conditions, the car should accelerate to 100 km / h in 2.8 seconds.
It is noteworthy that the McLaren P1 hybrid power plant according to the passport has the same acceleration of 0-100 km / h, but at the same time its 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8, together with a small electric engine, produces as much as 916 hp. from.
