Climate and Environment Minister Espen Barth Eide (Ap) shortens his planned trip to Luxembourg, and returns home on Monday morning.
This is confirmed by the Ministry of Climate and the Environment The daily newspaper.
Barth Eide was scheduled to remain at the meeting of environment ministers in Luxembourg throughout Monday. Now he goes home in the morning.
It is happening as a number of media reports that Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre (Ap) is planning replacements in the government, possibly on Monday. Eide himself has been mentioned as a possible replacement for Foreign Minister Anniken Huitfeldt, which Dagbladet has also been told.
