The family lawyer of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yoshua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak, accused Komnas HAM of working for the National Police in investigating the death case. Brigadier J. The National Police reaffirmed the commitment of the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo regarding this case.

Nurul said that until now the scientific investigation process is still being carried out, so he urges the public to be patient waiting for the results of the investigation into the shooting case Brigadier J at the home of the inactive Head of the Propam Police Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo. As previously reported, Komnas HAM commissioner Choirul Anam folded the paper while explaining the progress of the investigation into the shootout that killed Brigadier J reap the spotlight. The attorney for Brigadier J’s family, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak, said he did not believe in Komnas HAM.

“Komnas HAM has been working for the National Police from the beginning. Likewise Kompolnas, a sub of the National Police Headquarters,” he said.
“Anyway, LPSK, Komnas HAM, and Kompolnas can’t be trusted,” added Kamaruddin.
Komnas HAM Answers
Komnas HAM Commissioner Beka Ulung Hapsara respects Kamaruddin’s assessment. He didn’t mind that assumption.
However, he emphasized that Komnas HAM works independently.
“We respect the opinions and expressions of everyone, including the lawyer for the family of Brigadier J, in responding to every step of the monitoring and investigation carried out by Komnas HAM,” Beka said when contacted this morning.
Beka then replied that Komnas HAM works independently. They do not work or are influenced by anyone, including the Police.
“Komnas HAM will continue to work independently as has been emphasized since the beginning of the handling of cases: transparent and accountable,” he said.
