Police fire warning shots when chasing car Woerden | Inland

Officers responded to a report that someone was driving through Woerden at high speed. When the police officers asked the driver to stop, he did not, but according to the police spokeswoman he went even further. During the chase, which partly went through the built-up area, the car was traveling at speeds of up to 150 kilometers per hour, according to the police. He didn’t stop even after the warning shots were fired.

After the pursuit was discontinued, a suspect was later arrested in a home in Woerden.
