Watou/Poperinge

A concerned local resident sent police to an empty cafe with closed windows, but open doors opening onto a “seedy plantation” in Watou. The ‘home-grown’ turns out to be British art: the plantation is part of the Arts Festival, which lasts all summer in the village. Although something does grow… “It is up to the visitor to determine what is real and what is not.”
