The police had told the activists to separate, but they got stuck in groups near The Hague Central Station. One of the groups was arrested by the police and then arrested.

Groups of people had gathered at several places in The Hague on Saturday to demonstrate. They gathered at the Koekamp en Plein 1813, among others. The activists are not only against the cabinet’s corona policy, but also against the development of 5G networks and against the cabinet as a whole.

The municipality of The Hague had warned the organizers of demonstrations against the corona measures not to circumvent the rules surrounding protests. At most thirty people were allowed to be present at a demonstration and they must be at least 1.5 meters apart.
