Beach soccer tournaments of the III European Games, in which the men’s and women’s teams of Ukraine take part, are held from June 27 to July 1 in Tarnow, Poland.
The Ukrainian national team started with a victory over Italy (6:5), then lost to Switzerland (2:4) and won against Moldova (6:5). The blue-and-yellow team, when sharing, took third place in the group and plays for 5-8 places. The match against Azerbaijan ended in defeat (6:7 OT). In the game against Poland, the last 7-8 places will be played.
