According to the police from Podkarpacie, the accident took place on Tuesday (August 18) around 7.30.
The preliminary findings show that the truck driver, leaving the construction site, drove straight to the Lublin-Wrocław train.
The truck driver was killed on the spot, the driver was injured. None of the passengers on the train were injured.
Emergency services are still working at the scene of the accident.
Trains don’t run
