Abhinandan pointed to an incident in the Rajya Sabha where he arrived in a wheelchair for a vote on a crucial piece of legislation. Modi’s remarks were made at a farewell function for retiring Rajya Sabha members.

Members retiring from the Rajya Sabha will participate in the farewell ceremony to be held at Rajya Sabha Speaker Jagdeep Dhankar’s residence in Delhi at 6.30 pm.
