PLD Announces Completion of Second Caravan Regional ‘Hope’ in Northwest Line

He Dominican Liberation Party (PLD) announced the completion of the second caravan regional “Hope”, scheduled for this Sunday August 27 at the located provinces on the Northwest Line.
