The performances of the “Players’ Night” competition for the 2020/2021 season are evaluated by a jury consisting of five people: Zane Radzobe (theater critic and scientist, chairman of the jury), Edīte Tišheizere (theater critic and scientist), Juta Ance Ķirķis (theater critic), Undine Adamaite (theater critic and cultural journalist), Gundega Saulite (theater critic).

The board of LTDS has chosen to entrust the creation of the “Players’ Night” award ceremony to: Laura Groza (director), Mārtiņš Meiers (script), Mārtiņš Vilkars (scenography), Juris Vaivodas (musical director), Oskars Pauliņš (lighting artist), Ilze Vītis , -8 (video artist), Asnate Siliņa (producer).

In September 2021, the Board of the Latvian Theater Employees’ Union also approved the new composition of the Jury Night of the Players for the 2021/2022 season. The new jury will include:

The annual prize at the Theater Players ‘Night 2020/2021 is funded by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Latvia and organized by the Latvian Theater Workers’ Union (LTDS).
