The employees of the mechanical engineering company Plamag will receive a corona allowance of 425 euros this month. In June the fee was increased by 1.5 percent. IG Metall announced this on Tuesday. Thanks to the in-house collective agreement, the company in Plauen is thus a step closer to the level of the area collective agreement of the Saxon metal and electrical industry. In February of next year there will be a special payment of 18.4 percent of the monthly wage for the first time, from 2023 it will be 27.6 percent. Plamag has around 140 employees.
