PKO BP, Santander Bank Polska, mBank, Alior Bank, BOŚ Bank, Bank BPS, Bank Pocztowy and Toyota Bank – these are the banks that have planned service works in the coming days. Therefore, customers must be prepared for difficulties in accessing certain services.

PKO BP

At night from Saturday to Sunday, from 0.00 to 12.00, you will not be able to use the internet and telephone service of iPKO and iPKO biznes, the iPKO biznes application, the Open Banking function and pay in online stores using the “Paying with iPKO” service. You will also not be able to download information about accounts, available funds and initiate payments under Open Banking. As part of the protection of online payments with the 3D-Secure 2 card, only authorization with an SMS code and card PIN will be available.

As stated in the announcement, during the break, the IKO application will be unavailable from 0.00-5.00, iPKO Biznes mobile will be unavailable between 0.00-12.00. From 5.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. with the IKO application, you will be able to withdraw money from ATMs, pay in stationary and online stores only with the use of a BLIK.

PKO BP ensures that all cards, including the most popular debit card, PKO Ekspres, will work. “We ask you to make all important transactions earlier”, advise the bank’s representatives.

Santander Bank Polska

From 23.30 on Saturday to 6.00 on Sunday, the following will be unavailable: instant transfers, payment in online stores (Przelew24), blik and Santander Exchange Office. “The cards will work. If you need to send an urgent transfer, do it before the scheduled break. If necessary, you can also withdraw extra cash from an ATM” – reads Santander’s website.

mBank

From Saturday to Sunday, between 2.00-10.00, mBank customers will not log into their account on the Internet or in the mobile application. No application can be submitted between 1.30 and 11.00 am. In addition, the cards will not work from 2.00am to 8.30am. This means that during this time you will not be able to pay with them or withdraw cash from an ATM. “You won’t pay for online purchases between 2:00 am and 10:00 am” – informed mBank.

“Please, order all important transfers earlier. If you have plans for the weekend, it’s best to withdraw cash” – advise the bank representatives.

BNP Paribas

On Wednesday, from 10.00 p.m. to 1.00 a.m. on Thursday, the website www.bnpparibas.pl will be unavailable due to scheduled service works. “During an intermittent unavailability a page will be displayed to go to trading systems” – explained in the release.

Alior Bank

On Saturday, from 23.00 to 4.00 on Sunday, Alior Online and Alior Mobile mobile banking will not be available. Service works will be the cause of the difficulties. “The works do not affect card transactions and ATM withdrawals. At the same time, we would like to inform you that the unavailability time may be extended, which we will keep you informed about,” Alior Bank reported.

BOŚ Bank

On Friday, from 10.00 p.m. to 12.00 p.m. on Sunday, the BOŚBank24 system and mobile application, the mojeID service and TeleBOŚ will be unavailable. Conversely, the hotline will be available with limited functionality.

Bank BPS

On Saturday, from 8.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. on Sunday, it will not be possible to perform card transactions in the e25 system.

Bank Pocztowy

On Friday, between 1.00 a.m. and 5.00 a.m., there may be short interruptions in the availability of payments made with Blik.

Toyota Bank

On Sunday, between 7.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m., service works will be carried out on the bank’s technical infrastructure. During this time, there may be difficulties in accessing the electronic banking system, automatic telephone service, statements and the so-called quick payments.
