One of the former Jiwasraya Insurance customers who agreed to the restructuring was Lilis. He participated in the policy transfer ceremony to IFG Life today as a representative of the customer bancassurance.

This middle-aged woman who is a retiree from PT Pfizer Indonesia told how sad she was when she learned that her policy could not be disbursed in October 2018. Even though the money placed in Jiwasraya was pension money for her living expenses in old age.

“So before joining Jiwasraya, which was private from Pfizer and for retirement, it was transferred to Jiwa which he managed, it was a good experience. When you moved to BRI, it’s been all this time. fine just. Just after two years. Troubled October 2018, it was the first time. I should have received a transfer, I want to withdraw, why isn’t there,” he said at Graha Niaga CIMB, Jakarta, Wednesday (12/22/2021).

Lilis’ total money placed in Jiwasraya reached Rp 800 million. In October 2018 he should have received around IDR 200 million, then in December 2018 IDR 200 million and in March 2019 IDR 400 million.

She plans to use the money to cover her living expenses with her husband. When she found out that the disbursement was problematic, Lilis couldn’t help but feel sad.

“I tried to be strong, even though I was crying, what will I do later, my life is a mess,” he said.

Therefore, when offered restructuring Lilis unthinkingly agreed to it. He chose a phased disbursement scheme over five years, although as a consequence his claim rights were cut by 31%

According to his explanation, there are three restructuring schemes offered. The first is the disbursement of 100% but for a period of 15 years, and the second is the disbursement of 5 years with the disbursement being cut by 29%, but the disbursement process will only be paid in February 2022.
