PINK OCTOBER: The Georges-François Leclerc Center offers its patients a bubble of well-being

On the occasion of Pink October, a pink bubble appears in the lobby on the ground floor of the CGFL until Friday, October 15. Several workshops are offered to patients: massage, gentle gym or relaxation.

This bubble is making its first and only appearance in Côte d’Or, at the Center Georges-François Leclerc, and patients have already been won over! Indeed, a patient and her daughter confided in us after their passage under the bubble: “It allowed us to take time to relax between mother and daughter after the consultation. We were very well received by the Naturopath present who offered this relaxing workshop ”.

Within my bubble

This bubble “within my bubble” is one of the 5 existing in France, it will leave the Côte d’Or on Friday. CGFL patients can take advantage of the various workshops offered without registration for a maximum of 15 minutes: a parenthesis that fits easily into their treatment or consultation time. “Responding positively to this beautiful collaborative project of the CGFL seemed obvious to me. La Bulle, prepared like a cocoon, allows patients to experience a moment of well-being, “we don’t take the time … it feels good” another lady told me. Allowing these moments is also helping to give them the resources to fight the disease. WHO promotes integrative medicine, more particularly in the management of chronic diseases and cancers. “It is thanks to interdisciplinary action that we will succeed together. »» Aline Mélinand, Naturopath – DU Health Promotion, Health Education, Therapeutic Patient Education.
