When the man in the green parka tried to tear down the fence at the US Congress, he was pepper sprayed in the face. He immediately received help from the police on the spot. They gave him water so that he could wash the burning spray away from his face.
As soon as he was OK, the man stormed the fence again. He beat and pushed the same police officers who had just given him water.
