On Wednesday, a visit to the Washington Capitals came one of the hottest National Hockey League teams here and now. But Washington’s affairs were very bad in the second half of the game segment, when the hosts missed twice in a row. Kevin Hayes goal was possible after a smart pass from the foot of Derek Grant, and for Tyler Pitlik everything was done by Raffle. 3: 1 – it was already a serious bid for the seventh victory in a row.

The Caps rescue mission was attempted by Wilson. First, he made a goal for Garnet Hathaway, and then he fought a second time in the evening – now Robert Hegg was unlucky. As a result, Ovechkin and the company could start the third period with a full working score of 2: 3, however, without one of the top 6 attackers, who had to serve a new 5-minute penalty.

But what about Ovechkin? In 40 minutes, Alexander the Great just threw the shot on goal, and in addition to this, he also came under the powerful power reception performed by Provorov. The young Russian defender did not spare the star compatriot – BOOM!

Elite snipers usually respond to such goals, but even the creation of the Russian three did not help Ovi to score – Todd Rirden connected him with Kovalchuk and Kuznetsov, while Wilson was serving his fine. The Washington captain didn’t get anything this evening, but he was finally finished off by the fourth goal of the Flyers. The guests’s counterattack was completed by the same Provorov, who was missed by the 8th issue of Stolichnye, the clear victory of the 23-year-old defender.
